About Dolaro.com.au
Last reviewed: June 2026
Dolaro.com.au is an independent Australian personal finance calculator website. Our goal is simple: provide accurate, up-to-date calculation tools that help Australians make better financial decisions — completely free.
Every calculator is built specifically for Australian rules and is updated when rates, thresholds or legislation changes. We prioritise correctness over simplicity — for example, our income tax calculator applies the correct LITO phase-out, our HECS/HELP calculator uses all 18 ATO repayment bands (not simplified approximations), and our stamp duty calculator applies the correct home concession rate schedule for QLD owner-occupiers.

Editorial approach
Calculators display their assumptions and rate schedules clearly. Where rules are complex or eligibility-dependent (such as first home buyer concessions or foreign buyer surcharges), we show the relevant conditions and link to official sources so users can verify their specific situation. Estimated figures are based on standard assumptions — they are not a substitute for professional financial or legal advice.
Advertising disclosure
Dolaro.com.au displays advertising through Google AdSense to support free access to our tools. Advertisements are clearly separate from calculator content and do not influence our calculations or editorial decisions.

All calculator results are estimates for educational and planning purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal or tax advice.
